Sixto Campano is currently CEO of UCAP Americas and its subsidiaries, UCAP Securities, LLC and UCAP Asset Management, LLC. From January 2017 to September 2020 he was Chairman of the Latin America Regional Advisory Board and a member of the Board of Directors of various companies in the Americas of the Swiss based private banking group EFG International, including EFG Capital, EFG Asset Management (Americas) and EFG Bank and Trust (Bahamas). Mr. Campano first joined EFG in 2002 and served as CEO of EFG Capital International and Americas Regional Business Head for EFG until December 2016.Prior to EFG, he held a variety of senior management positions: between 2000–2002 he was CFO and Partner of First Foliage LLC; from 1995 to 2000 he opened and managed Refco Emerging Markets, a division of Refco Securities Inc., focusing on trading and brokerage services to institutional customers in Latin America; in 1988 he founded and through 1995 managed Hencorp Becstone & Co., a firm specializing in securities brokerage, and institutional futures and commodities brokerage. From 1986 to 1988 Mr. Campano was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch International. He started his career in 1982 with First National Bank of Boston where he worked in a variety of positions in Boston and Miami, including international private banking. Mr. Campano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) of the Boston College School of Management.

Juan Massens currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of UCAP Securities, LLC and UCAP Asset Management, LLC, where he will focus in supporting Executive Management, Registered Reps and Financial Advisors, improving operational workflows, customer service and strengthening the first line of defense. Juan has over 28 years of experience in the Financial Services sector with a focus on the Broker Dealer business in the U.S. as well as Offshore Private Banking. Prior to joining UCAP, Juan was Managing Director at EFG Bank and Trust (Bahamas) Ltd from 2018-2021 where he was responsible for overall management and supervision of the Bank. Juan’s responsibility in the Caribbean extended to Cayman where he served as Managing Director of EFG Bank Cayman Branch and EFG Wealth Management. Juan served on several Boards on the Bank and Wealth Management entities. From 1996-2018, Juan worked at EFG Capital International Corp., a US Broker Dealer, where he served in various roles including COO, CCO, AMLCO and CFO. Juan has vast regulatory and operational experience, gained as a result of his career at EFG. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Miami. Juan also holds the ACAMS as well as the FINRA Wharton CRCP certification.
