Maureoskar Castillo is Operations Manager at UCAP Americas.  She has over a decade of experience in trade settlement, account documentation, and cash management. Prior to joining UCAP, she worked at AndBanc Brokerage in Miami, where she managed fixed income trade reporting, settlements, securities transfers, and client account operations, while also overseeing office administration and executive support. She is dedicated to supporting financial advisors, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality client service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
