Nicolas Delecluse is a Managing Director at UCAP Americas with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry across the UK, Europe, and the Americas. He began his career in 2004 at Commerzbank AG on the Equity Derivatives trading desk before joining Merrill Lynch as a product specialist serving institutional clients throughout Europe. In 2009, he moved to Tradition S.A., a global derivatives brokerage, where he spent nearly a decade advising private banks, family offices, and independent asset managers on hedging and structured solutions.

Since 2018, Nicolas has been with UCAP Americas, where he partners with U.S. and international Registered Investment Advisors to design investment strategies supported by UCAP’s U.S. custody, trading, and execution platform. As a senior investment advisor, he specializes in cross-asset structured notes and customized investment

He holds a master’s degree in finance from Montpellier Business School in France.
