Susan Disdier is a Managing Director of Wealth Management at UCAP Americas, advising U.S. and international private clients. She brings decades of experience in private wealth management.

Susan began her career in 1977 at Southeast Bank in Miami and then held key roles at Bank of Boston International, NatWest USA/Coutts USA International. She later spent more than 15 years at EFG Capital International managing Latin American client portfolios and providing tailored solutions across both Swiss and U.S. platforms. Before joining UCAP in 2021, she was with Wells Fargo Advisors in the Private Client Group, where she continued to serve international clients.
